  • We provide round-trip transportation from El Paso to popular destinations like White Sands National Park, PistachioLand, Marfa, Ruidoso, Cloudcroft, and Big Bend National Park. Custom private group trips are also available upon request at a flat rate depending on location and number of passengers.     All passengers—citizen or not—are responsible for carrying the required identification and travel documents. We do not assume responsibility for delays or actions by immigration or law enforcement authorities.

  • U.S. Citizens:

    • Please bring a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport). A U.S. passport is recommended if traveling near border zones or through CBP checkpoints.

    Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs):

    • You must carry your valid Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) at all times. We also recommend carrying a valid government-issued photo ID.

  • Yes. If you are crossing from Mexico, you must have a valid B1/B2 tourist visa, passport, and your I-94 entry record when traveling with us in the U.S. Although we have established communication and relationship with Customs and Border Protection at the various checkpoints, please note:

    • We do not guarantee border entry.

    • It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to ensure they meet all U.S. immigration requirements, carry the correct documents, and comply with Customs and Border Protection (CBP) guidelines, including at checkpoints when traveling to New Mexico.

    • We assume no liability for delays, refusals of entry, or actions taken by immigration authorities.

  • Our pick up stops will be a central Walmart shopping center in El Paso, TX. Information will be sent with the confirmation email upon booking. Private group pickups can be arranged.

  • Absolutely! Our drivers and staff speak Spanish and English to make your experience smooth and welcoming.

  • Our pricing includes round-trip transportation, basic amenities like water and snacks, and some park entry fees (depending on the trip). We’ll always let you know what’s included before you book.

  • Yes! We specialize in private group charters for families, schools, organizations, or special events. Contact us for custom pricing.

  • You can book directly through our website. After booking, we’ll confirm your reservation and send you trip details.

  • We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your reservation:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Please contact us directly to confirm refund. at info@valdezsouthwesttravel.com

    • Please note refunds take 5-10 days to process, please contact your bank for further questions.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, but we may offer credit toward a future trip at our discretion.

    No-shows on the day of the trip are non-refundable.

    Please contact us directly as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will always be refunded or rescheduled without penalty.

  • Your safety is our top priority. In cases of severe weather—such as heavy rain, snow, icy roads, flash floods, hail, or unsafe trail conditions—we may reschedule or cancel the trip.

    If we cancel due to weather:

    • You will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule for a later date.

    • We will notify you as early as possible, typically 24–48 hours before departure, unless sudden weather changes occur.
